I did the reboot cleanse in January and just loved it. The food and recipes were healthy and delicious! After only 2-3 days I was already feeling lighter and less bloated, plus I had more energy and slept better at night. This reset actually taught me how to eat better and combine new foods. I still make the recipes and order Meal in a Jar ongoing. Overall, I lost 4 lbs. that week and I haven't gained it back with proper eating that I learned throughout the cleanse. Thank you, Jennifer, for the great program!

I successfully completed the 7 Day Reboot Cleanse. The first few days were challenging and I expected to be hungry; the recipes were satisfying and l liked that the food was prepared. Following the step-by-step instructions and having a routine made the cleanse easer to follow. I am happy with the results, l was felt less bloated had more energy, and lost 7lbs. I will definitely do it again.

The first three days of the cleanse went much better than l expected. It was a challenge giving up some of my favorite foods during the cleanse and l am glad that l stuck with it. l had more energy and noticed my skin was less irritated. I enjoyed the breakfast recipes and continue making many of the recipes for my family.

With my hectic lifestyle, I liked that the 7 Day Reboot had the food all prepared so it made it easy for me to follow. I was introduced to new recipes and could try them out before I went out and bought all of the new ingredients. Not only did I feel better after the reboot but now I'm incorporating many of the healthy recipes into my menu plan and reused all of the food jars as food storage containers. Jenn answered all of my questions and was a great resource. She had lots of ideas on how to add healthy food into my life in easy and practical ways.
