Loved the flavours in the jars I ordered as well as the variety of vegetables. 2 of the 4 jars had very little meat (2 loonie sized pieces of beef and a tablespoon of chopped chicken) - making it more like a salad in a jar. Still considering whether to order again.

This was my second favourite dish from the meals I ordered. It looked and tasted amazing, and I loved all of the healthy vegetables included in this dish. Again I heated the dish up in a microwaveable safe dish, removed the lettuce and added it back into the dish after it was hot. Then I stirred it and enjoyed. It didn’t make me feel bloated and I would buy this again.

I was having a challenging time balancing life and work responsibilities when my brilliant daughter suggested trying out "meal in a jar" I was hesitant as I didn't want to compromise on healthy home cooked meals, but when I looked at the fresh healthy offerings I glad i gave it a try! The diverse menu selection paired up with the freshness was a win win. The price point was very manageable with the 750ml jars making 2 meals! Having to feed both vegetarians and omnivores became a breeze. Finally, the flexibility of not having to sign up for a dedicated contract removed any of the stress.
