The salad meals are a good lunch option. They are however a little bland due to lack of seasoning and inadequate amount of dressing.

As a single person, I can get two very satisfying meals from one jar. Love the vegetables. Clean up is a breeze; when it is hot and muggy, hate cooking and the clean up. Very happy to have found these wonderful meals!
